Can I send reports to multiple Shortcut workspaces?
Each Ybug project points to one Shortcut workspace and workflow. If you manage several products or clients, create a separate Ybug project for each and connect it to the right Shortcut workspace.

What does Ybug include in the Shortcut Story?
The Story description includes the reporter comment, browser and device details, page URL, links to the annotated screenshot and screen recording, and a link back to the full Ybug report. Console logs are included when enabled.

Can I set a team, epic, owners, and labels?
Yes. During setup you pick a workflow (required) and optionally choose a team, epic, owners, and labels — Ybug applies them to every Story it creates.

Can I review reports before sending them to Shortcut?
Yes. You can create Shortcut Stories automatically for every report or forward selected reports from Ybug manually.

Do Shortcut Story updates sync back to Ybug?
Not right now. Ybug creates Shortcut Stories and stores the created Story link, but workflow state changes in Shortcut don’t sync back into Ybug yet.

Can our users submit feedback without logging in?
