How project managers
keep teams aligned

Stakeholder feedback, made easy

Three clicks. No onboarding deck.

Stakeholders won’t learn a new tool, no matter how nicely you ask. The Ybug button sits on the page — they click, draw on the screenshot, type a sentence, done. No accounts, no training, no “where do I file this?” email. The kind of feedback you’ll actually get back from the marketing director on a Friday.

  • Clients and stakeholders submit feedback without an account
  • Visual annotations replace fuzzy “make it pop” descriptions
  • Reporters get email confirmations and reply notifications
Stop being the human router

Devs and QA get the full story without you

PMs spend half the day translating between testers, designers, and developers. Ybug attaches the screenshot, URL, browser, OS, and console output to every report automatically — the dev opens the ticket and the context is already there. Stop forwarding emails. Start running the project.

  • Console logs and environment data attached automatically
  • Annotated screenshots that pinpoint the exact issue
  • Devs reply to reporters directly from Ybug — no relay needed

Tickets land where the work already happens

You shouldn’t have to teach your team a second tracker. Ybug pushes reports straight into Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, GitHub, or Monday — screenshot and metadata included. Auto-push every report on submit, or hold them in Ybug and triage before they hit your tracker.

  • Native sync with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, GitHub, Monday
  • Auto-close on push keeps your Ybug dashboard tidy
  • Webhooks for whatever tool we don’t cover yet

One dashboard, every project

Keep every project tidy without another tracker

Three sites, two launches, one UAT cycle? Spin up a separate Ybug project for each — they sit side by side under one account, each with its own widget settings, reporters, and team. Tag, assign, and mark reports closed — enough triage to stay on top of things, without turning Ybug into Jira.

  • Separate project per site, environment, or workstream
  • Tags and assignees keep ownership clear
  • Filter by project, tag, status, or assignee

Reply to reporters without leaving Ybug

Stakeholders submitted the feedback — they want to know what happened to it. Reply straight from the Ybug dashboard and your message lands in their inbox. They reply back, you see it next to the original report. No CC chains, no “did you see my last email” follow-ups.

  • Reply from the Ybug dashboard — message lands in their inbox
  • Replies thread next to the original report
  • Auto-email reporters when their report is resolved

“Unlike other feedback software that we used before, Ybug is easier to launch for each project. It typically takes 2-3 minutes to add a project to Ybug and start sending feedback. Ybug integrates nicely with Teamwork (our PM tool), so each feedback that is submitted on the development websites - is automatically created as a task for our development team.”

Frequently asked questions

Can we triage in Ybug before pushing to the dev tracker?

Yes. Reports stay in Ybug by default — tag, assign, prioritize, or close them from the dashboard, and only push to Jira (or wherever) when they’re ready. Or auto-push on submit if you want zero manual triage.

Will the reporter know when their feedback is resolved?

Yes. When you change a feedback’s status or reply from the dashboard, the reporter gets a regular email — no portal login. Their reply syncs back to the same thread, attached to the original screenshot.

Will the feedback widget slow down our site or app?

Not at all. We’ve built Ybug to be lightweight and load asynchronously, so it won’t interfere with your page load speeds or user experience. You get the feedback you need without the lag.

Does it integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. Ybug integrates with Jira, Slack, GitHub, ClickUp, Trello, and many more. Feedback and bugs can go straight into the tools you already use.

Can our users submit feedback without logging in?

Yes. Users can submit visual feedback and bug reports directly from your app in a few clicks – no signup or login required. Less friction means more useful feedback.
