How many tools can I connect to a single Ybug project?

Depends on the plan. BASIC includes one integration per project — pick the tool that matters most. STARTUP and COMPANY plans are unlimited, so you can fan reports out to Slack for notifications, Jira for engineering, and an email digest for stakeholders — all at once.

Will the same bug report be duplicated across every integration?

Each integration creates its own record (a Jira issue, a Slack message, a ClickUp task, etc.), but they all link back to the same original Ybug report. If you only want some reports to forward, leave auto-forwarding off and push selected reports manually from the Ybug dashboard.

What gets sent to my tools — just the screenshot, or the full bug report?

The full report. Every integration includes the annotated screenshot, the user’s comments, browser and OS details, screen size, viewport, URL, console logs, and any custom fields you’ve added. For chat tools (Slack, Teams, Twist) the message contains a preview plus a link to the full report.

My tool isn’t in the list — can I still connect it?

Yes — three ways. Zapier bridges Ybug to 5,000+ other apps. The webhook integration POSTs every report as structured JSON to your own endpoint. Or pull data straight into a custom workflow with our REST API.

Are integrations available on every plan?

Yes — with two exceptions. The webhook and Intercom integrations need STARTUP or higher; BASIC doesn’t include them. Every other tool — Jira, Slack, GitHub, ClickUp, Zendesk, and the rest — is on every paid plan. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
