What counts as a "project"?
A project is a single website or application you want to collect feedback on. Each project gets its own widget, settings, and team access. If you manage several websites or clients, you’ll typically want one project per site.
Can I switch plans during the free trial?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change billing frequency at any time during the trial – the trial period stays the same.
What happens after my free trial ends?
When your trial expires, we’ll move you to the FREE plan. We’ll notify you a few days before so you can decide if you’d like to upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime – no strings attached.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and more) as well as PayPal. All payments are securely processed by Braintree. And remember, you don’t need a card to start your free trial.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or open-source projects?
Yes — non-profit organizations get 30% off any paid plan, and open-source projects get Ybug free. Just reach out with a link to your project or organization and we’ll get you set up.
