Notion bug tracking,
without the copy-paste

Capture first

Users show the bug where it happens

A tester clicks the Feedback button, marks the page, and adds a note. Ybug turns that into a clean Notion page, so your team isn’t piecing together bugs from chat messages and mystery screenshots.

  • No account needed for the reporter
  • Screenshots and recordings show what went wrong
  • URL, browser, OS, and viewport captured automatically
Your Notion workflow

Send feedback where your team already works

Keep bug tracking close to the pages, tasks, and product notes your team already uses. Choose the Notion database for each Ybug project, and new reports arrive as clean pages with the details ready for triage.

  • One destination database per Ybug project
  • New reports become Notion pages
  • Your existing views and defaults stay in charge

Developer context

Give developers the details they usually chase

A Notion page is useful only when it has enough context to fix the bug. Ybug includes the user’s note, source URL, browser environment, media links, and console details when they help.

  • Reporter comment, URL, browser, OS, and viewport
  • Links to screenshots, recordings, and attachments
  • A Ybug report link for the full debugging view

Triage control

Send bug reports to Notion tasks on your terms

Not every comment belongs in your Notion tasks. Auto-forward every report for fast projects, or review reports in Ybug and send only the ones worth tracking. Close reports after sending when Ybug is just your capture layer.

  • Automatic or manual forwarding per project
  • Close-after-send keeps the Ybug dashboard tidy
  • Ybug stores the created Notion page link

Frequently asked questions

Can I send reports to multiple Notion databases?

Each Ybug project points to one Notion database. If you manage several products, clients, or workflows, create a separate Ybug project for each and connect it to the right database. For step-by-step setup, see the Notion setup guide.

What does Ybug include in the Notion page?

The page can include the reporter comment, Ybug-hosted screenshot or video links, page URL, browser and OS details, viewport, attachments, and console logs when enabled.

Can Ybug set Notion status, priority, or assignee fields?

Not right now. Ybug creates the page in your selected database and lets Notion apply the database defaults, templates, views, and automations you already use.

Can I review reports before sending them to Notion?

Yes. You can create Notion pages automatically for every report or forward selected reports from Ybug manually.

Do Notion page updates sync back to Ybug?

Not right now. Ybug creates Notion pages and stores the created page link, but Notion changes do not sync back into Ybug yet.

Can I create Notion pages from website feedback?

Yes. Visitors, testers, and clients report bugs through the Ybug widget on your site, and each report becomes a Notion page automatically, with the annotated screenshot, page URL, and browser context included. They never need a Notion account.

Can our users submit feedback without logging in?

Yes. Users can submit visual feedback and bug reports directly from your app in a few clicks – no signup or login required. Less friction means more useful feedback.
