Integrating the Ybug Feedback Widget into your Webflow site allows you to collect valuable feedback directly from your users. Follow these steps to easily set up the widget on your Webflow site.
1. Ybug: Copy your code snippet
First, go to your Ybug dashboard. Select the project from the dropdown menu in the top left corner, navigate to the widget configuration tab, and copy your code snippet:
2. Webflow: Paste your snippet
2.1 Open your Webflow project and go to the Site Settings.
2.2 In the Custom code tab, paste your Ybug code snippet into the Footer code section.
2.3 Save your changes.
ⓘ Note, that Custom scripts will only appear on the published site.
3. Test the Widget
After publishing, visit your site to ensure the Feedback Widget is displayed correctly. If necessary, refresh your page to see the changes.
