Installing Ybug on your Webflow site

Integrating the Ybug Feedback Widget into your Webflow site lets you collect feedback directly from your users. Follow these steps.

1. Ybug: copy your code snippet

Go to your Ybug dashboard. Select the project from the dropdown menu in the top-left corner, navigate to the widget configuration tab, and copy your code snippet.

2. Webflow: paste your snippet

2.1 Open your Webflow project and go to Site Settings.

2.2 In the Custom code tab, paste your Ybug code snippet into the Footer code section.

2.3 Save your changes.

TIP

Custom scripts only appear on the published site.

3. Test the widget

After publishing, visit your site to confirm the Feedback Widget is displayed correctly. Refresh if necessary.
