How to set up

Configuration is per-project in Ybug. To integrate your project with Zendesk, go to your dashboard and follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Integrations tab in your project settings.

2. Click the On/Off switch in the Zendesk row.

3. Fill in your Zendesk Support subdomain (i.e. mycompany.zendesk.com) and click the Authenticate button.

4. Authorize Ybug app by clicking the Allow button.

5. Choose a group in your organization and optionally an assignee, then click the Save settings button.
