How to set up

Configuration is per-project in Ybug. To integrate your project with Zendesk, go to your dashboard and follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Integrations tab in your project settings.

2. Click the On/Off switch in the Zendesk row.

3. Fill your Zendesk Support subdomain (ie mycompany.zendesk.com) and click Authenticate button.

4. Authorize Ybug app by clicking the Allow button.

5. Choose a group in your organization and optionally an assignee and click the Save settings button.
