Connect VS Code

Ybug works with agent mode in GitHub Copilot Chat.

Add Ybug to .vscode/mcp.json in your workspace:

Or run MCP: Add Server from the Command Palette, choose HTTP and paste the URL. Pick Global to use Ybug in all your workspaces, or run MCP: Open User Configuration and add the same entry there.

Click Start above the server entry in mcp.json. VS Code asks you to sign in, and your browser opens so you can approve access. In Copilot Chat, switch to Agent mode to use the Ybug tools.

Then check that it works.
