# Ybug > Ybug is a visual feedback and bug reporting tool for websites. A lightweight widget lets users and testers report bugs with annotated screenshots, while Ybug automatically attaches technical context: browser and OS details, screen size, page URL, and JavaScript console logs. Reports flow into tools teams already use (Jira, Trello, GitHub, Slack, ClickUp, Asana, and 25+ more). Key facts: - Setup: paste one JavaScript snippet; installation takes under 5 minutes. A browser extension (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) captures annotated screenshot reports on any page, including sites without the snippet installed; the full feature set (console logs, screen recording, custom fields) is part of the on-site widget. - Feedback is annotated on a screenshot of the page (arrows, boxes, text, blackout for sensitive content). Screen recording (video) is available on higher plans. - Every report automatically includes environment metadata and JS console output, so developers can reproduce issues without back-and-forth. - Pricing (2026): Free plan (1 project, 50 screenshots/month, unlimited feedback and reporters); Basic €13/month; Startup €29/month; Company €59/month. Annual billing is about 20% cheaper. Pricing is a flat monthly rate per plan, not per seat. - Free trial: 10 days with full access to the plan you pick, no credit card required. - Integrations: 25+ native integrations plus Zapier (7,000+ apps), webhooks, a REST API, and an MCP server for AI assistants. - Privacy: nothing is sent before the user submits; sensitive form data can be anonymized; reporters can black out screenshot content; configurable data retention. Made in the EU (Czech Republic); bootstrapped and independent since 2018. - Hiding the Ybug branding on the widget is available on the Company plan. ## Product - [Feedback widget](https://ybug.io/features/feedback-widget): The on-site widget users click to report bugs and share feedback -
